		<description>I was made redundant in july 2011. and was given the option to find jobs in the same company, i didnt find a job outside of the company, and decide to reapply in the same company again, I was told that if they re employ me i would have to pay back the redundancy pay out. Is that true? or they are using excuse not to have me back.</description>
