		<description>Thanks for the well written article on the nuances of fit for duty law changes in the UK. As you probably are well aware, here in the US, we are slowly moving into Universal Health care. I am trying to get a feel for how countries who already have broad health care insurance for it&#039;s citizens, handle various issues. It&#039;s difficult trying to distinguish the hype vs facts when i hear our politicans claim the pros and cons.</description>
